Privacy Policy

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to explain the rules for the processing and protection of Website Users' data. Users may, via the Website, contact the Administrator, subscribe to the newsletter, browse the online store's offer, set up a user profile in the store that allows for the storage of User's data used when placing orders, conclude an agreement for the purchase of products offered in the store via the Internet.


We follow the principles set out in the provisions of Polish law, including the provisions of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (GDPR). The information contained on the Site in this document is checked for correctness. The administrator reserves the right to make changes to them.


Any data entered by the User on the Website as long as they identify or can in combination with other data, identifying the User is subject to these provisions.

The rules governing the processing of personal data provide a framework to ensure that personal data is used properly. We undertake to ensure that personal data is:

  • processed fairly, lawfully and in a transparent manner;

  • correct, relevant and not excessive in quantity;

  • accurate and up-to-date - inaccurate or incomplete personal data will be corrected or deleted or their further processing will be suspended;

  • kept for no longer than necessary;

  • processed only for a specified, explicit and lawful purpose and in accordance with the purpose for which they are collected;

  • secure.


We will collect and process personal data provided to us through various communication channels in many ways, including our Store. Some personal data is necessary for us to sell our products, while providing other data is voluntary, e.g. for marketing purposes.

We always inform you which personal data are required (e.g. by marking them with an asterisk (*)) and what consequences will be associated with not providing us with this data - such a situation may, for example, result in the inability to (fully) meet your requests. The personal data we collect and process can generally be divided into the following categories:

  • contact details, such as name and surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address;

  • address data, in particular the delivery address of the product;

  • payment data, e.g. bank or credit card numbers;

  • user information, for example technical data on use and browsing, including IP addresses from which Internet users visit our websites or applications, including third party websites.


We process personal data for lawful purposes and generally only do so if you have consented to the processing of data;

  • data processing is necessary for the performance of the contract, e.g. for the delivery of a product by us;

  • data processing is necessary to fulfill our legal obligation;

  • data processing is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests or legitimate interests of third parties and is not considered harmful to the person whose data we process, including our interests in the context of developing, evaluating, offering and selling our products, establishing, developing and maintaining business relationships.


We process personal data to:

  • facilitate the use of our Store, enable you to purchase our products and contact you as part of the standard service;

  • provide broadly understood customer service and technical support;

  • personalize Store content and search results.


Our disclosure and transfer of personal data to third parties is kept to a minimum and is subject to an adequate level of data protection.

We never transfer your data for marketing purposes, we do not sell it or use it to exchange data with other third parties.

We reserve the right to disclose or share personal information with third parties in the following circumstances:

  • when external entities provide services on our behalf, for example IT support, hosting services, payment processing, product delivery (courier companies);

  • such third parties may process disclosed, transferred or made available to them personal data only on the terms specified by us and on the basis of a written data processing agreement;

  • legal advisers - to establish, exercise or defend our rights;

  • in a situation where the user has given prior consent to disclose his personal data to external entities.

If the recipient of personal data is located in a non-EU / EEA country that does not ensure an adequate level of data protection, the personal data of users will be sent to such recipient only after a written data transfer agreement has been concluded with them based on standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.


Some of our information processing activities will be based on your consent. In this case, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. If you withdraw your consent, we will stop processing your personal data, unless its further processing or storage is permitted or required by applicable provisions of Polish law. 

Please note that the withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the data processing process prior to its withdrawal. Moreover, the withdrawal of consent may consequently prevent us from meeting your expectations.


You have the right to check which of your personal data we process at any time. For this purpose, you can write to us at the addresses indicated at the beginning of the Privacy Policy. We will provide you with the answer as a rule in the form of an e-mail.

You can also request an update or correction of your data.

When, on the basis of your consent or as part of the execution of orders for our products, we process personal data by automated means, you have the right to receive a copy of your data in a structured, commonly used and readable format. We may send this copy to you or another entity that will process this data from now on. Please note that this only applies to personal data that we have received from you.

You have the right to delete your personal data that we process at any time.

The exceptions are situations when:

  • we are waiting for payment for the product ordered by you,

  • you bought something in our Store - then we will keep your personal data regarding the transaction for accounting purposes;

  • we suspect that your actions may give rise to claims against you.

You also have the right to object to the processing of your data to the extent that we do it on the basis of the so-called legitimate interest. We will then stop processing your personal data. We will not do this when your interest or your rights are legally invalid or there are legal claims against you. In this case, we will inform you about it.

You have the right to unsubscribe from receiving our newsletter at any time. You can do this in an e-mail with the last newsletter (at the end of it there is a link that will cancel further newsletters) or by writing to us at 

If you believe that we are processing your personal data inappropriately, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

We will process your data related to your account in the Store until you delete it or we will do so due to the violation of our rights.

We store data related to your purchases until the potential claims of you or ours related to a given sale of the product expire.

We store the data needed for accounting or tax settlements as long as required by accounting or tax regulations.

We will store your data for direct marketing purposes until you withdraw your consent.


Some of the elements of the Website may use cookies, i.e. cookies. These are small text files sent to the User's computer to identify him, as well as to improve and speed up certain operations. Cookies are stored on the User's device, helping to adapt the Website to his personal preferences. Most cookies contain the name of the Website, storage time and a unique number. Other information collected automatically when visiting the Website, including the IP address, domain name, browser type, operating system, etc. These data are collected, inter alia, with the use of cookies.

The website uses session and persistent cookies.

  1. Session cookies: they are stored on the User's device and remain there until the end of the browser session. The saved information is then permanently deleted from the device memory. The mechanism of session cookies does not allow the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the User's device.

  2. Persistent cookies: they are stored on the User's device and remain there until they are deleted. Ending a browser session or turning off the device does not delete them from the User's device. The persistent cookie mechanism does not allow the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the User's Device.

The administrator uses own cookies for the following purposes:

  1. Website configuration: adapting the content of websites to the User's preferences and optimizing the use of websites; recognizing the User's device and its location and properly displaying the website, tailored to his individual needs; to remember the settings 

  2. selected by the User and personalization of the User's interface, e.g. in terms of the selected language or region from which the User comes; remembering the history of visited pages on the website in order to recommend content, font size, website appearance, etc.;

  3. User authentication on the website and ensuring the user's session on the website to maintain the User's session on the Website (after logging in), thanks to which the User does not have to re-enter the login and password on each subpage; correct configuration of selected functions of the Website, allowing in particular verification of the authenticity of the browser session; optimizing and increasing the efficiency of services provided by the Administrator;

  4. Implementation of processes necessary for the full functionality of websites: adapting the content of websites to the User's preferences and optimizing the use of the Website pages. In particular, these files allow to recognize the basic parameters of the User's Device and properly display the website, tailored to his individual needs;

  5. Remembering the User's location, correct configuration of selected functions of the Website, allowing in particular to adjust the information provided to the User, taking into account his location;

  6. Analysis and research as well as audience audit, creating anonymous statistics that help to understand how Users use the Website's pages, which allows improving their structure and content;

  7. Ensuring the security and reliability of the Website.

  8. The service administrator uses external cookies for the following purposes:

  9. collecting general and anonymous static data via analytical tools, e.g. Google Analytics.

  10. At any time, the User may limit the Administrator's access to cookies. For this purpose, the User should modify the settings of his web browser. The Administrator reserves that changing the settings may lead to incorrect functioning of the Website on the device that the User will currently use, and in extreme cases even to the complete disabling of the use of the Website. Changing the settings consisting in resignation from enabling the collection of data with the use of Google Analytics tools or the use of social cookies should not in any way limit the possibility of using the Website.
