Returns

After making a purchase in the Papiloo store, it is possible to return the goods within 30 days from the date of purchase of the product.

 

The returned goods must remain unchanged, i.e. have original labels and it cannot bear any signs of use.

The Papiloo store guarantees a refund of the amount equal to the price of the goods. The money will be refunded back in within 14 days of receipt of the goods via bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer in the form.

 

We do not accept cash on delivery packages.

Complaints

In the event of product defects, we take responsibility for them.

The complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date of delivery of the advertised goods along with the completed form.
 

If the complaint is accepted, the damaged goods will be replaced with a new one or a refund will be issued.
 

We will inform you by e-mail about considering the complaint.  
 

We do not accept cash on delivery packages.
